Gajewicz will lead all strategic initiatives to build out a suite of proprietary strategy products and services that the agency is planning to announce and launch in the coming year. During her time at LC, Katy has been steering and guiding iconic brands like Yuengling, Master Lock and Northwestern Medicine, and she’s been instrument in some of the agency’s most recent run of new business wins. Prior to LC, Katy rose the ranks in various Strategy roles at shops the IPG’s FCB Chicago and Publicis Group’s Leo Burnett, where she led strategy for powerhouse global brands under the SC Johnson umbrella, McDonald’s, Gatorade, Campbell’s, Busch Beer, Suave and many others.
The new role for Gajewicz is the third leadership appointment made by Romano, who became CEO of Laughlin Constable in September 2022. He recently recruited Amy Merchant from Havas Chicago to lead client engagement and added Alex Helfers from VMLY&R to lead connected experiences.
