Content creator Simonboy and The Secret Little Agency show that travel mishaps don’t have to ruin a trip

Klook, Asia’s leading platform for experiences and travel services, launches a new campaign in Singapore for Klook Protect, its travel-first insurance arm. Co-created with creative agency The Little Secret Agency (TSLA), the campaign introduces the Klook Protection Agency (K.P.A.), a squad of bodyguards on a mission to protect the good times for travellers and give them peace of mind at every stage of their travels

Set to roll out across Klook’s social platforms, the campaign reinforces its message of insuring the good times, especially when it comes to modern risks. At the heart of the campaign is a series of videos starring Singaporean content creator Simonboy, depicting relatable travel mishaps. From unexpected bad weather to the perils of oversleeping, Klook Protect’s offerings - like its world-first Satisfaction Guarantee and No-Show Refund - step in to reassuredly save the day, proving that even the unexpected doesn’t have to ruin a trip.

This campaign is backed by insights from Klook Protect’s recent study, which revealed that 48% of millennials and gen z travellers face increased risks as they chase experiential adventures, solo trips, and budget-friendly escapades. With its comprehensive coverage options, Klook Protect is tailored to meet their needs, making meaningful travel both safe and straightforward.
