Stefano Zunino, Head of Digital Worldwide and Latin America’s CEO at J. Walter Thompson Company, announced today that Clemente González, CEO at J. Walter Thompson Chile, is leaving the company and that Vicente Valjalo will be taking the lead.
“Clemente has made a significant contribution to our operations in Chile during his seven years of leadership and we are deeply thankful to him for that. We wish him the very best on the new projects he will be embracing”, said Stefano Zunino.
As from today, Vicente Valjalo, who was currently serving as Director at Objective - a qualitative research consultancy agency-, will be the new CEO at J. Walter Thompson Chile. Vicente has a degree in Advertising and Psychology. With more than 30 years of experience in the communications industry, he has lead the research and strategic planning departments at Porta/DMB&B, APL-Lintas and 180 grados Publicidad. In the field of market research, he served as Ad-hoc Research Manager at Adimark-GfK Chile and General Manager at Cadem Advertising-Millward Brown Chile.
