Justice Mukheli and Neil Roberts Launch 3Quarter Pictures

Justice Mukheli, one part of the successful photographic trio I SEE A DIFFERENT YOU has launched a film company named 3Quarter Pictures in partnership with Executive Producer Neil Roberts.
