LePub New York City today announces the appointment of Jim Curtis as chief creative officer. Effective May 27, Jim will be responsible for stewarding all creative output for the newly launched US hub of LePub, the creatively acclaimed global boutique network. Based in New York City, Curtis will report into renowned creative leader Bruno Bertelli, global CEO of LePub and CCO of LePub Worldwide.
Jim will focus on driving radical creative solutions that put LePub New York’s clients at the forefront of culture, powering the agency’s vision and distinctive approach to combining technology, data, and global and hyper-local trends to create unprecedented consumer connections at scale. He will join LePub New York’s executive leadership team alongside Lea Mastroberti, president, and Katy Alonzo, chief strategy officer.
Most recently global EVP, executive creative director of McCann Worldgroup, Jim is a globally recognised creative leader who has earned major awards including Titanium at Cannes, Yellow Pencils at D&AD and golds at the Effies, One Show and Webby Awards, and has served on several award juries including the 2023 Cannes Lions Film Jury. During his storied career he has driven transformation for a diverse portfolio of blue-chip brands across verticals including automotive, QSR, tech, cosmetics, financial services, alcohol, telecommunications, tourism, apparel, and beyond.

Jim’s arrival builds on the strong momentum that LePub New York City has built since launching in January 2025 with founding clients Heineken and Barilla. He joins a deep bench of creative and strategic leadership, including newly appointed executive creative directors Jexy Holman and Nuno Teixeira, and head of data and culture lab, Lorna Ruane.
