Isobar has announced that Ana Leão has become managing director of Isobar São Paulo.
Ana Leão has been with the Dentsu Aegis Network for four years as head of HUB operations for GM - an exclusive operation for the automaker, integrated with Isobar and NBS agencies. Ana Leão's arrival at the agency is accompanied by the consolidation of GM's digital account at Isobar.
The announcement comes weeks after DAN announced that Isobar's operations in São Paulo and Brasília would become independent business units, both responding directly to Abel Reis, CEO DAN Brasil and CEO Isobar Latam. The office of the agency in Brasília is under the management of Eliel Allebrandt, who has been in charge of the business unit since AgênciaClick Brasília, of which he was one of the founding partners in 2000.
"Our competitive advantage is underpinned by our culture, strategy and, above all, talents. And Ana Leão is a consolidated leadership within the DAN, with remarkable competence to manage an important operation like Isobar and fundamental disciplines for the new moment of marketing and communication," says Abel Reis.
Ana Leão is a professional with more than 20 years of career and have worked at agencies like McCann Worldgroup and RC Comunicação. She holds an MBA from Dom Cabral and the University of British Columbia.
Leão has said that taking charge of an Isobar brand business unit is one of the most challenging projects of her career. "I see Isobar as an extraordinary opportunity to develop customers and people just as efficiently as we do at GM. Our ambition is always to deliver business results, collaborate and anticipate the challenges of brands and their industries."
