ING launched its new employer branding campaign, 'Make it your job', highlighting the impact you can have with your job at ING while working in a friendly and collaborative environment.
ING's latest employer branding campaign showcases how, by simply doing your job, you can have an impact on people, the financial system, and our planet.
In partnership with TBWA/NEBOKO, ING has developed a campaign built around those three themes, for example: 'uncovering dirty money', 'unlocking banking for everyone', 'helping giants go green' – targeted at compliance officers and data analysts, developers and UX designers, and sustainable finance professionals, respectively.
Joris Philippart, creative director TBWA\NEBOKO, said, “This campaign powerfully portrays that working at ING means that you can have an impact on the financial system, the planet, and customers’ daily lives. I am grateful for our clients at ING, who strongly believed in this work and our partners and team who went above and beyond to make this campaign happen.”
Eva Leysen, senior global brand manager ING, said, “Besides the impact you can make with your work at ING, we also wanted to spotlight our people and culture. Our culture is uniquely collaborative and friendly – we call it our “orange culture”. I’m very excited that our colleagues were very enthusiastic to participate in the production of the campaign and to bring it to life to engage with our future colleagues.”
The campaign is being rolled out across a multitude of media in markets, including but not limited to Benelux, Germany & Australia.
