IAPI and The Marketing Society Future Council Announce Mentees for STEPS Mentorship Program

The mentees were chosen from a competitive pool of applicants

The Institute of Advertising Practitioners in Ireland (IAPI) and The Marketing Society Future Council announces the 36 talented young professionals selected as mentees for the 2024/2025 STEPS Mentorship Program. This initiative aims to foster growth and leadership in the marketing and advertising industry by pairing aspiring young professional  with seasoned experts.

The mentees were chosen from a competitive pool of applicants, demonstrating exceptional potential and passion. Each mentee is paired with an experienced mentor to receive tailored guidance, career insights, and professional development support throughout the program, which spans from September 2024 to 2025.

The mentees are set to embark on this journey with their assigned mentors beginning September 2024, and we eagerly anticipate the positive impact this mentorship initiative will have on their careers.
