Spending super-app HyperJar has appointed sister agencies ROAST and Kitty to drive customer demand and improve web user experience.
The multi award-winning spending app has chosen to partner exclusively with independent sister agencies ROAST and Kitty following a competitive pitch. ROAST will carry out Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and App Store Optimisation (ASO), while Kitty will focus on web optimisations.
The strategic collaboration between the three parties aims to drive new audiences to HyperJar, continuing the rapid growth of its active customer base.
ROAST and Kitty have a proven track record delivering digital success for many financial brands and that was a contributing factor when appointing an agency.
Ilias Tsatalmpasidis, growth marketing director at HyperJar, said, “Both agencies have a fantastic blend of market knowledge and creativity, and I’m excited to see them finesse our digital strategy and online customer experience.”
John Barham, managing director at ROAST, said, “The current climate demands better financial management tools. People need more ways to feel confident about their personal finances, and more products that help. HyperJar is the stand-out app in the payments ecosystem and we’re thrilled to partner with them and continue to fuel their growth.”
Rob Knight, managing director at Kitty, continued, “As the digital payments industry continues its exponential growth, this collaboration will build an even stronger connection between HyperJar and its audiences through improved visibility, seamless navigation and optimised user experience.”
The partnership is on-going.
