Creative company House 337 has promoted Lucy Freedman to the newly created position of chief growth officer. In this role, Lucy will be responsible for driving profitable growth across the agency’s extensive client portfolio, as well as leading all new business efforts.
Reporting directly to House 337’s chief executive officer, Phil Fearnley, Lucy will continue to lead new business and marketing initiatives, while also taking on the responsibility of overseeing account management. Her expanded remit includes fostering a growth mindset throughout the entire organisation and strengthening House 337’s reputation in the market.
Lucy’s promotion follows a series of new business wins for House 337, including partnerships with Absolute Collagen, WWF, Everton F.C., and several soon-to-be-announced clients. These wins are built on the foundations of House 337’s heritage and expertise in long-term brand building combined with offerings in areas like sports, partnerships, and AI enablement.
Lucy joined House 337 in November 2023 as head of new business and marketing. She previously served as business development director at The Beyond Collective and as new business director at Digitas UK.
Phil Fearnley, CEO, House 337 commented, "Lucy is a powerhouse of change and a driving force for growth. We are excited to see the energy, agility, and client-focused mindset she brings as she takes on this broader role across our business.”
Lucy expressed her excitement about her new position, "I’m thrilled to take on this role at such a pivotal time for House 337. There's no doubt our industry is facing challenges, but with challenge comes opportunity. It’s a privilege to be part of a company that grabs uncertainty by the horns. I can’t wait to work with the wider team at House 337 to build the next generation of progressive brands that make a positive impact in the world.”
