Hometown hires Skive co-founder Sean Singleton

Hometown has appointed Sean Singleton, the founder of the digital agency Skive, to the new role of commercial director.

Singleton has been hired to bolster the agency’s business development activities with existing and new clients. 

He will develop new business strategy and will work with sister shop Start JG to create joint opportunities for both agencies in UK and with the Middle East and Hong Kong offices.  

He will also be in charge of Hometown’s marketing and PR. He reports into the founders of the agency.

Singleton has run his own consultancy, The Singleton Consultancy, for the past two years, working with the Telegraph Media Group, Wall Street Journal and APA.  

Prior to that, he was managing director of Skive, the digital agency he founded in 2001. At Skive, he worked on a range of clients including L’Oreal, Reebok, British Army, Kit Kat and the British Fashion Council.
