LBB's High Five is such a great way to highlight favourites pieces of work, but also to share creative values. And that’s the theme behind the five following pieces of work: curiosity, bravery and (world-changing) impact are key values of mine. Each of these pieces of work upholds at least one of those values...



Nike - 'Never Settle, Never Done'

Nike has always aspired to bring inspiration to every athlete, and I love that this spot highlights and celebrates amazing female athletes in a sport traditionally dominated by men. Beyond that, it embodies a trailblazing spirit for women in sport everywhere. It’s about the past, present and future, and equality in - and beyond - sport. Also, Nike braces!? Where were these when I was 12!?



Apple TV+ - 'Call Me with Timothée Chalamet'

I know a lot of people admire this work from Apple TV+. I instantly fell in love. I’ve always aspired to create work like this. Fun, bold, shareable content that works as well on a cinema screen as it does in a 16x9 space. This one made me smile and say "I wish I did it". Big kudos to Timothée Chalamet for having a little fun with himself. Also, the John Hamm one was pretty fantastic as well.

Sometimes we just need some good old fashioned heart tugging (I can’t imagine life without my little fluff ball!). I really love that this ad aired during the Super Bowl, bold enough to rely on storytelling and humanity vs. quick jokes or big name celebrities. If this teaches us anything - always chose storytelling.



Business Iceland - 'Mission Iceland'

There hasn’t been an Iceland ad that I didn’t like. Always a brave twist on traditional travel or tourism communications. In this case, a fun way to remind people they don’t need to leave the stratosphere to enjoy an out of this world experience. The space billboard was a nice (real) touch as well.



Google - 'First of Many'

This ad is two years old. But with International Women’s Day fast approaching, I wanted to share one of my all-time favourites. What a simple and beautiful way to celebrate the firsts that have created a legacy for generations to follow. I really hope that Google has another inspiring ad lined up for this year...
