Publicis Hawkeye, an end-to-end CRM agency under Publicis Canada, announced its rebranding as simply Hawkeye, a Publicis Groupe Company, unveiling a deeper mandate and a fresh look. This change reflects the company’s continued evolution to deliver personalised, scalable solutions that align with market needs and help clients forge deeper, more relevant relationships with their customers. Today, Hawkeye’s team of 243 CRM experts serves 24 clients across Canada, the USA, and globally.
“Hawkeye has arrived as a regarded and respected CRM Centre of Excellence for Publicis Groupe in North America,” says Catherine Parsons, EVP managing director. “Our expertise and rapid growth have elevated us beyond that of an ‘agency department’. We wanted to mark and acknowledge our transformation, which motivated the rebranding we’re sharing today”.
“Over the years, Hawkeye has carved out a unique position within Publicis Groupe Canada, fuelled by our technology and data-decisioning capabilities,” explains Vish Ramkissoon, chief data and technology officer. “As we continue to innovate, particularly with the deployment of AI projects and key partnerships with implementation platforms like Braze, Salesforce, and Adobe, this new identity will further elevate Hawkeye's unique positioning and role.”
“The name change to Hawkeye, a Publicis Groupe Company, recognises our core CRM expertise and our successful approach helping organisations create deeper more relevant relationships with their brands to accelerate their business goals and growth” says Scott Pinkney, chief creative officer. “The new identity will help us stand out as a unique resource to the other amazing creative agencies across the Groupe as we seek out new ways to help clients connect more closely with their customers to deliver true personalisation at scale.”
