Havas Worldwide Chicago today announced the promotion of Tatia Torrey to Chief Client Officer. In this newly created position, Torrey will be squarely focused on the satisfaction, retention and growth of the agency’s existing clients. She will also play an instrumental role on the Havas Worldwide Chicago Group’s executive committee.

In her previous role as Managing Director at Havas, Torrey served as a valuable member of the agency’s senior leadership team, successfully leading and developing some of the agency’s largest integrated accounts including DISH and DISH Latino, among others. With her new role as Chief Client Officer, Havas aims to leverage her strategic business knowledge and impeccable service level across its breadth of clients.
Torrey brings deep experience from both the client and agency sides. Most recently, she served as executive and operational leader for Wire Stone, a top 25 independent, digital marketing agency driving value for global brand leaders through digital, social and immersive experiences. Leading Wire Stone's Chicago office, she was responsible for operations and growth for the Midwest region, developing end-to-end strategies and delivering results-oriented solutions across the retail, tech, CPG, healthcare and education sectors. As a member of the executive team, she actively contributed to developing the vision and strategies for the overall agency and served as the executive level contact and key account leader implementing initiatives to drive sales for such clients as Motorola, ConAgra, Lowes, Carhartt and FTD.
