Grey has announced today the appointment of Alexis Ospina as Chief Creative Officer (CCO) of Grey Mexico. Alexis joins CEO Coral Arnedo and the leadership team to carry on delivering famously effective ideas that create cultural value in LATAM and beyond.
“Alexis’ career and work are outstanding, and I can’t wait to start working with him to make Grey Mexico a regional reference for award winning work that creates business and cultural value for the brands we represent”, said Coral Arnedo.
Alexis Ospina, who will report creatively to worldwide CCO Javier Campopiano and LATAM president and CCO Diego Medvedocky, has joined to make Grey Mexico the creative benchmark, not only regionally but also globally, with work that moves clients’ businesses and brands.

A multi-awarded creative leader who won more that 300 creative awards globally, Alexis’ career spans 20 years working at renowned agencies in LATAM, from Ogilvy & Mather Colombia, Leo Burnett Colombia, Leo Burnett Mexico to Leo Burnett Costa Rica, which he led to be number one in the country and the region in less than one year. He moved to VMLY&R as CCO which he made the most awarded agency in the country in various global and local festivals. In 2020, he joined Media.Monks as Executive Creative Director for Mexico and Colombia, putting the new agency on the creative map.
