Teaching kids to love and learn the life skills of cooking, Goodfood has launched its new Camp Goodfood a virtual family-friendly 'summer camp'. Over six weeks (starting June 30th), the experience will offer 15-min weekly cooking classes for kids, along with corresponding meal-kits and ingredients delivered to doorsteps.
As the #1 Canadian meal-kit, with a brand mission to foster connections through cooking and eating with loved ones, Camp Goodfood encourages the kids to play a more active role in the kitchen with their parents. Each class incorporates one of the five senses to drive participation, like smelling the different aromas, touching textured ingredients and of course, tasting the dishes!
Upon sign-up, participating families will receive an activity booklet, aprons, child whisk and chef hat, and Goodfood mascot, Richard the Racoon stuffies. At $270 total, Camp Goodfood is offered in French and English and designed for ages 8-12.
From today until August 17th, Canadians can register here.
