From November 16th to 22nd, Goodfood Market Corp. has been giving away free meal kits. With a firm understanding of just how stressful holiday shopping can be, Goodfood wants Canadians to know that, as one of the country’s leading meal-kit brands, the worries on the plate need to be replaced by delicious eats.
Supported by Agnostic, Goodgood has partnered with Toronto artist Briony Douglas to create a first-of-its-kind, 3D food-based QR code, built entirely from the brand’s exclusive line of private label products.
Standing at over eight feet tall, the giant QR code showcases Goodfood’s chef-curated assortment of quality ingredients and delicious premium products. In addition to featuring the brand’s variety of offerings, the lifesize QR Code will also give away free meal-kits to consumers who scan it at Sherway Gardens Mall, in an activation executed and supported by NSJ Productions.
This initiative plays into Goodfood’s mission to deliver farm-fresh, pre-portioned ingredients and delicious recipes directly to consumers’ doorsteps nationwide - empowering Canadians to eat and live better. “We know how stressful holiday shopping can be, and as the stress-free solution to meal-time, Goodfood wants to help busy shoppers take one trip off their plate,” says Jennifer Stahlke, EVP of marketing, Goodfood. “The Goodfood QR Code is not only an engaging way to showcase our wide range of premium products, but it helps solves what’s for dinner by giving shoppers’ fresh locally-sourced meal-kits.”
The Goodfood QR code will disappear after today from Sherway Gardens Mall in Etobicoke, Ontario, having given consumers the chance to win up to 20 free meals, delivered directly to their doorsteps.
