Fresh Films' Director Cathrine Wessel Nails it in Colourful Essie Spot

When GOTHAM NY challenged FRESH FILMS to shoot a summer campaign in January they knew it was the right challenge for them. Directed by Cathrine Wessel and produced by Fresh’s Simon Petter, the bright film belies the reality of shooting in a cold East London in January. Looking at the films you would never guess what went on behind the scenes. 

The exuberant films feature four dazzling leading style and design influencers, bringing their energy to the screen, as they show glimpses of their full Essie coloured lives. The explosion of colours extends beyond the influencers into their bold environment, encapsulated in an Essie graffitied wall.

Cathrine said of the experience, "Filming Essie was a brilliant fun experience despite the London winter temperatures! I loved the client, crew and talent who all worked so hard to capture everything we needed in the shorter daylight. Special thanks has to go to the security guard who braved the cold to protect our graffiti wall overnight!"
