Agency veteran Frances Great is joining Cartwright as co-president of the agency, a role she will share with agency founder and chief creative officer Keith Cartwright. The new hire represents an expansion of the agency’s leadership team as it continues to grow its staff and business.
Frances is joining Cartwright following nearly 20-years at BBH, most recently serving as CEO of the agency’s LA office. During her tenure with BBH she helped grow the storied creative agency’s footprint, opening new offices and offerings in Singapore and Los Angeles. Her first role at BBH was as an account manager in the UK.
“Frances’ background is exactly what we need as we look to the next chapter of growth for Cartwright,” said Keith Cartwright. “She really appreciates the unique attributes of a creatively led organisation and brings experiences across continents and cultures that speak to our focus to do bold work that meaningfully connects to what is happening in the world at large to drive conversation, engagement and action. As co-president she will play a strong role in building the business enabling me to fully focus on our work.”
Since its founding in 2020, Cartwright has experienced significant year-over-year growth. In 2021 it more than doubled in size with the addition of such leading global brands as Coca Cola, Disney, Blizzard Activision, Haagen Dazs and more.
“I’m so excited by the stage Cartwright is at and the opportunity to help take them from start-up to the next level – which aligns so much with my journey at BBH,” said Frances. “Keith is one of the most successful creatives in the industry who thinks beyond how to win at Cannes. He’s building something for the future and I’m so excited to bring that vision to life.”
