Courage Inc. elevates Skip’s offering beyond delivery to address a core Canadian pain point

As the first brand campaign since their refresh in 2024, Skip is flipping the script on snowy weather with the Skip Winter Delivery Fleet - a fleet of custom orange snowplows built to clear Toronto’s toughest conditions and help Canadians tackle everyday needs without the headaches. The mission? Keep things moving - no matter how much snow is piling up - and deliver all your faves when you need it. Less waiting. Less stress. More Skip.

“Canadians know the drill - winter is relentless, and it throws everything out of whack, which is what grounded the idea behind the creative,” says Joel Holtby, co-CCO at Courage Inc. “As a Canadian brand, Skip knows this better than anyone. Winter can suck. We wanted to capture that raw, familiar tension of the season and give Skip a relevant moment of release for Canadians. It’s really speaking to anyone who's lived through the grind of the long, harsh winter.”

In a 60-second cinematic social campaign, Skip and Courage bring the high-energy, action-packed feel of an epic car commercial to the worst of winter. The spot builds with sleek visuals, rising tension, and a slow burn that finally releases with the dramatic reveal of Skip’s custom snowplows. No grand explanation - just the gut-punch satisfaction of winter’s frustration melting away.

“For Canadians, convenience and reliability are essential, particularly when winter’s unpredictability complicates everyday tasks,” says Rachel MacAdam, VP of marketing at Skip. “That’s why we’re focused on providing solutions in more ways than one - not just delivering meals and essentials, but helping Canadians navigate the season’s challenges, so they can focus on what matters most.”

The campaign goes live across social platforms on February 10th, 2025, and will be complemented by :15s cutdowns, ensuring Skip stays front and centre throughout the season. To sweeten the deal, Canadians can get 30% off top restaurant and retail brands like McDonalds and Rexall, so they can save while Skip takes care of the rest.
