FCB New York expands its leadership team by promoting Kat Grib to Chief Growth Officer. She steps up from SVP of Strategic Growth to this newly created role, where she will oversee both growth and marketing, lead the creative awards process, and help expand FCB’s tools, capabilities and partnerships to continue the agency’s ability to deliver growth to FCB New York’s clients.

Kat is known for her strategic mindset and talent for identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities. Since she joined the agency in 2022, FCB New York has brought in over 15 new clients, including LISTERINE, Intuit Quickbooks, The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, The Mets, and most recently the Kellanova accounts, Pringles, Cheez-It, Eggo and Rice Krispies, underscoring FCB New York’s ability to compete on the global stage.
