Art Fund’s campaign to inspire people to get a National Art Pass - which gives members free entry and 50% off major exhibitions at museums and galleries across the UK - takes the audience into a surreal wormhole travelling through a world of galleries and museums where quite literally ‘The More You See, The More You See’.
Untold Studios approached Covert to work in partnership with Pablo and Art Fund to create this psychedelic TV Spot.
The creative vision was to create a surrealist spot in which the viewer travels through multiple doorways within mind-bending worlds to inspire people, evoke emotions and connote how our ingestion of art culture can open doors and change our perspectives.
The surrealism of the spot meant the studio got to play a lot with perspectives and camera angles/moves to create something that plays with the viewer's perception.
Executive producer Simon comments that ‘usually we have quite tight constraints on what a final piece needs to be, but given the nature of this work it allowed everyone in the team to really push our creative wings’.
Working closely with the team at Pablo and Untold Studios using storyboards and references for each shot, the studio, through a blend of 2D, 3D, static, and moving elements, developed the unique world. The campaign really allowed the team to let their creativity flow and the studio are really proud of the final edit and the promotion of access to the arts.view more - Creative
