Face, the strategic insight agency delivering social intelligence for brands, is pleased to announce its appointment of Matt Arnold to the new post of European Head of Qualitative Research.
Matt will report directly to Face UK Managing Director, Job Muscroft. He will be responsible for managing the research team at Face and overseeing all the collaborative and insight-led research projects conducted for an expanding portfolio of global clients including Coca Cola, HSBC, O2 and Reckitt Benckiser.
Matt joins from The Nursery, where he was Director responsible for running key accounts, developing new business and overseeing quality control, and where he worked directly with clients including Camelot, Kellogg's, Macmillan and Jack Wills.
