Following the success and positive feedback from last year's 'Exploring the ASEAN Advantage 2023' in Shanghai, China, this year’s seminar, "Exploring the ASEAN Advantage 2024," took place on Thursday, May 23, 2024, at the CP Club's main conference room on the 36th floor of the CP Center in the heart of Beijing's business district.
The seminar received strong support from several key sectors in China, including the Commercial Counselor at the Thai Embassy in Beijing, the Thai Chamber of Commerce in China, CP Group, iQIYI International, the China Advertisers Association, the Shanghai International Advertising Festival, and Yell Beijing.

Additionally, the seminar featured intriguing discussions on business operations between China and Thailand, focusing on modern branding perspectives. Distinguished speakers included Mr. Michael Ross, group senior vice-chairman, Charoen Pokphand Group and co-chairman, CP Commercial Real Estate; Mr. Frankie Fu, vice president of the International and Business Department Brand Partnerships, iQIYI International; and Mr. Xu Lingyu, vice president of China Advertisers Association.

The objective of this year's event was to build on the previous year’s goal of providing knowledge, experience, and understanding of the China-Thailand and ASEAN markets to leading business organisations and interested investors. The seminar aimed to expand future business collaborations by linking partnerships between the two major economic regions, with Beijing and Bangkok serving as gateways to ASEAN.
