Snapchat is inviting fans around the world to experience the best of the island of Ibiza via their Live Story coverage, created in partnership with Ibiza Rocks and their content agency AllTogetherNow.
Live Stories allow Snapchatters at a particular event or location to contribute their unique perspectives through video and photo Snaps to one collective Story, capturing the excitement and behind-the-scenes action of events like Ibiza Rocks. The Live Story will be available globally for Snapchatters to view right on their phones for about 24 hours following the festival.
The content agency AllTogetherNow, headed up by former NME Editor Conor McNicholas, was appointed by Ibiza Rocks earlier this year and tasked with rethinking how the festival approaches its creative content and media strategies, and uses innovative technologies and disruptive ideas to reflect the raw, edgy personality of the brand.
Ibiza Rocks Brand Director Shane Murray said: “Snapchat is an amazing storytelling platform – and, as a brand of disruptors and innovators, it feels a very natural fit. We’re delighted to support the Live Story and uncover new and exciting ways to showcase our incredible team, products and events”
Ibiza Rocks was founded in 2005, bringing “festival generation” acts such as The Prodigy, Arctic Monkeys and Kasabian to perform intimate gigs live under the Balearic stars. The brand prides itself on being the home of live music in Ibiza and produces and operates events, hotels, a travel company, bars, diners and retail stores, with resorts in Ibiza and Majorca.
AllTogetherNow will continue developing content campaigns for Ibiza
Rocks, combining audience analytics with creative ideation and data-driven
distribution to inform when, where and how the brand communicates with its
audience across different touchpoints in their digital journey.
