Timed to coincide with the ‘Campeón de Campeones’ match in Liga MX—the top professional soccer division in the Mexican Soccer League System and the most followed soccer league in the U.S. and Mexico—this film is rooted in the idea that “Fútbol cements family bonds” and is set to captivate soccer enthusiasts and families alike. The film is part of the company's first marketing campaign relating to Expedia's sponsorship of Liga MX in the U.S. and Mexico.
This film, directed by Diego Contreras-Torreblanca, beautifully illustrates how Expedia helps people overcome travel obstacles to reconnect and deepen their relationships, highlighting the power of sport and togetherness while celebrating the passion of millions of Latinos in the U.S. and Mexico. The film was created by Expedia’s in-house creative team in partnership with Anomaly.
