Editor Sam Bould Joins Final Cut

Sam will be represented for commercial editorial by Final Cut in the UK and US

Final Cut has announced the addition of editor Sam Bould to its roster. Sam boasts an impressive portfolio of work including commercials for Glenlivet, Deliveroo, Nike, EasyJet and IKEA as well as music videos for Arcade Fire, Skepta and Ed Sheeran.

Sam cut his teeth at Big Chop before moving to Cut + Run in 2017. He has worked with some of the most prolific directors in the industry such as The Sacred Egg, Ian Pons Jewell and Ninian Doff. Sam has won a Best Editing Gold at Kinsale Sharks and a Bronze at Creative Circle for Camelphat’s 'Be Someone' music video, as well as numerous nominations for Best Editor at the UKMVAs, British Arrows and Shots.

“I’m incredibly excited to join Final Cut. I’ve admired their work forever and it’s always been a place I’ve daydreamed about working for. So, when the opportunity arose, it was a very easy decision to make”, said Sam. 

“Sam has been on our radar for some time,” says David Webb, managing partner and editor. “His confident and instinctive editorial style shines through in all of his work. We think he will be the perfect addition to the Final Cut roster and are chuffed to bits that he’s decided to join us.”

Sam will be represented by Final Cut in the UK and US.
