The Dreams Team is made up of double Para triathlon medallist Lauren Steadman MBE, on her journey to become the most decorated ParalympicsGB triathlete in GB history; Alfie Hewett Wheelchair Tennis star, 2x Paralympics Silver medallist and 4x grand slam singles champion; and completing the roster is Columba Blango, 400 metres T20 sprinter, who secured a Bronze medal at Tokyo in 2020.
