From arugula and iceberg to brown rice and quinoa, Fast Causal dining can be confusing places for young homeowners turning into their parents. In fact, there is nothing fast or casual about it for them. Luckily, everyone’s favourite parenta-life coach, Progressive’s Dr. Rick, gets it and is here to help.

'Fast Casual' is the latest instalment in the award-winning campaign from Progressive and Arnold Worldwide. In the newest :30s spot, Dr. Rick helps new homeowners navigate the Parentamorphisis triggers that come with ordering a quick lunch.

“Most of the time working on this campaign is a joy. But every once in a while, it sneaks up on you and hits you where it hurts. This one is one of those for me. I’ve been the guy holding up that line, feeling the gaze of the young people around me, trying to figure out how to order something – anything – that will get me to the cashier with my dignity intact. So yeah, this is great work, and we’re proud of it. But a little part of me also hates it. Damn you, human truth.” said Sean McBride, chief creative officer at Arnold Worldwide.
