Director Lucy Sandler Signs with Florence

Marking a period of personal and creative growth, director and photographer Lucy Sandler has signed with Florence for artistic representation. 

After honing her distinct taste and style as part of the directing collective sportscar, previously signed with Florence, Sandler will enter this new era by further exploring her voice as a solo director in the commercial space. Sandler’s work is raw, literal, and intuitive, often drawing from her lived experiences to communicate universal feelings; she leads with connection and is influenced primarily by the energy exchange between her and her subjects. Sandler’s work behind the camera communicates an effortless sense of style with a grounded sense of emotionality, giving it a sense of unmistakable freshness and authenticity.

She has collaborated with top-tier celebrities, including Zendaya, Billie Eilish, and Sydney Sweeney. Her commercial work includes campaigns for popular brands like Spotify, Lancome, Puma, Nike, Ford, and Starface. A prolific force within the indie music scene, Sandler has created music videos and shot editorial print campaigns and cover art in collaboration with up-and-coming artists, including Miya Flolick, Ill Peach, Boy Scouts, Ian Sweet, Hana Vu, Vōx, and Anna Wise.
