Deutsch NY Elevates Daniel Murphy to EVP, Director of Digital

Deutsch New York has announced the promotion of Daniel Murphy to EVP, director of digital. 

Promoted from SVP, director of digital production, Murphy joined Deutsch from Google Creative Lab in 2017 and is involved in new business initiatives, and responsible for securing multiple thought leadership projects for existing clients. Murphy will report directly to Val DiFebo, CEO of Deutsch’s New York office. 

“At Deutsch we promote exploration, and Daniel has delved into, analysed, and consistently inspired those around him to take calculated risks producing authentic, engaging experiences,” said Val DiFebo.

“We’re excited to see what’s next,” continued DiFebo. “Daniel’s greater role at the agency, combined with his partnership with Husani and Able, our Great Machine practice leads, they’ll be galvanising all things digital and making the impossible possible.” Deutsch’s AI + ML innovation studio, Great Machine, core leads are Murphy, start-up veteran Husani Oakley, SVP, director of technology, and Able Paris, SVP, group creative director, overseeing platform creative. Clients include AB InBev and Siemens, among others.
