Declan McKenna Sleepwalks His Way to the Nightclub in 'Nothing Works' Video

Superstar Finn Keenan is back doing what he does best, making music videos. This time collaborating with Declan McKenna to create this clever, funny, fresh promo for his new  track ‘Nothing works’.  

The bright lights of Cavan's ‘Imperial’ Nightclub were too tempting for Simon Chaudoir to pass up on. 

Nothing Works? This Does.  

Finn Keenan said, “The idea of Match cutting between someone sleepwalking and the dream they are having had been knocking around my head for a while. But there was never the right song or the right artist. And then Declan McKenna came along!  

To be honest I was surprised at first that he was up for doing such a ridiculous idea. The whole thing relied on him fully committing to both roles. The sillier he looked  sleepwalking the funnier it’d be cutting back and forth between the slick version of him. And by god did he commit!  

We shot it over two days back in Ireland in my hometown of Cavan. It was frantic and chaotic but there was an amazing vibe on set. The amount of people that came to help out was just incredible. I can’t thank everyone enough!”
