British photographer and director - Rankin together with his in house creative agency - The Full Service and The British Heart Foundation have come together (leading heart charity in the UK) for World Heart Day (29th Sept) to create an extraordinary awareness campaign. Rankin has asked members of the creative industry to support this amazing cause by inviting them to each create their own personal interpretation of a “heart".
On the Word Heart Day each artist/person will post their “heart" on socials with #heartforaheart to celebrate the British charities research that helps to save hundreds of lives every year and pledge their support for World Heart Day. There will also be a
microsite linked to the BHF, where an online exhibition of all the hearts will be uploaded and on display alongside members of the public contributions received on the day!
Contributors so far include: Margherita Missoni, Etro, Caragh Thuring, Emma Freud, MSGM, Tom Dixon, Giles Deacon, Gillian Anderson, Carey Mulligan, Robert Sheehan, Duggie Fields, Diane Pernet, Kate Orr, Jack Guiness, Holly Silus, Betony Vernon, Diane Pernet, Marissa Bourke, Gill Button, Jamie Campbell Bower, Fornasetti, Daisy & Poppy De Villeneuve, Paul Davis, Nicholas Hoult, Erin O’ Connor, Andrew Gallimore, Love Magazine, John Richmond, Vivetta, Pam Hogg, Steven Tai, Charlotte Tilbury, Nigel Coates, Gered Mankowitz, David Montgomery, Julie Verhoven, Anna Friel, Damien Hirst, Helena Christensen, Beth Ditto, Holly Willoughby, Rita Ora, Abbey Clancy, Kate Lee, Dave Benett, Richard Young and Daphne Guiness to name a few…
