Comms planning specialist Craft Media is promoting two of its comms planners. Rachel Fletcher is being elevated to business director and Alistair Hornsby to communications strategist.
Co-founder Jenny Jones said, “In the light of significant growth for the agency we are delighted to make these well-earned promotions. Rachel has established herself as an invaluable client partner to some of our largest and most important accounts including Twinings, Asos and Fever Tree. Her ability to help clients navigate the complexity in today's media landscape, with clarity and ambition means that she is well positioned to lead Craft’s business into 2025. Alistair has developed a highly curious and analytical skillset through his work on Interflora, Remarkable and Brewdog. He is a strategic powerhouse in the making and I am excited to promote him into Sam Fowlers’ strategy team.”
Rachel has honed her planning skills on some of the biggest brands in the UK across Telco, FMCG, Entertainment and Retail. Since joining Craft in 2021 she has worked across multiple accounts, leading the agency vision in creativity and client partnership.
Alistair has experience spanning grocery, fashion, finance, tech and start-up, scale-up, and established online brands. With a foundation in Anthropology, he uses a holistic approach, blending qualitative and quantitative data to understand businesses, products, and audiences, crafting strategies that inspire meaningful behavioural change. Alistair has been an integral team member to Craft spearheading its research into how agencies and clients can better apply AI tools to enable us to free up more time for creativity and exploration.
The founders of Craft Media were recently interviewed by Little Black Book on how their neutrality allows them to build cohesion and efficiency for clients such as BT, Brewdog, Ruggable and Twinings.
Craft Media was recently appointed by BT to be its comms strategy agency, working alongside its roster of agencies including adam&eveDDB and Essence Mediacom X.
