CP+B announced today that they have hired a number of new creatives for their growing Los Angeles creative department. The new hires include Associate Creative Directors Chris DeNinno and Antonio Marcato, Sr. Art Directors McKay Hathaway and Ryan Wi, and Sr. Copywriters Ryan Montanti and Daniel Streadbeck who will all report to Co-ECD’s Sue Anderson and Jason Gaboriau.
These new hires include:
Chris DeNinno (Associate Creative Director) comes to CP+B from Deutsch/LA where he recently finished work on the “Always One of a Kind” rebranding campaign for Dr Pepper. Prior to Deutsch/LA, he was a Senior Copywriter at TBWA\Chiat\Day working on Nissan, Infiniti and Activision, including the Call of Duty "There's a Soldier in All of Us" campaign. Chris also spent time at Y&R on Callaway Golf, Land Rover and The Los Angeles Dodgers. His work has been recognized by Cannes, the Clio Awards, the ANDY Awards, Communication Arts and the ADDY Awards.
Antonio Marcato (Associate Creative Director) comes to CP+B from RPA where he was a Sr. Art Director. Before that, he worked for seven years at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, as well as Mark/BBDO, Prague. Antonio, who is originally from São Paulo, Brazil, has created work for clients like Microsoft, Chevrolet, Hewlett-Packard, Comcast, Sprint, Frito Lay, TAP Project, Trident, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, AIDES of France, Got Milk? And HBO. His efforts have yielded multiple industry awards including a Gold Lion at Cannes and a Best in Show as well as four Golds at the ADDY Awards. Antonio has also been a judge at AICP Show, the Student ADDY Awards and the Tomorrow Awards, and he spent a year teaching a portfolio class at the Miami Ad School, San Francisco.
McKay Hathaway (Sr. Art Director) joins CP+B from Leo Burnett Chicago, where he was an integral part of the agency’s creative output for Nintendo, including the "John" launch campaign for the Nintendo 3DS and on the Wii U console launch last November. McKay’s work has resulted in Gold and People's Choice award at the Addy Awards, as well as a One Show Pencil for work he did for McCann New York’s Holiday Inn campaign while a student at BYU AdLab.
Ryan Wi (Sr. Art Director) comes to CP+B from TBWA/ Media Arts Lab, where he has worked for the past two years on all things Apple, including campaigns for iPad, iPhone, MacBook Pro and iPod. Before that, Ryan worked at JWT on JetBlue, Schick, Smirnoff and Johnson & Johnson.
Ryan Montanti (Sr. Copywriter) joins CP+B from McCann Erickson, where she spent the last five years working with a number of high profile clients and campaigns. She was the copywriter on 2012’s Sony Xperia TV project “Mind of a Child” which was directed by Wes Anderson. Prior to that, Ryan worked at Walrus, and she started her career at Mad Dogs and Englishmen.
Daniel Streadbeck (Sr. Copywriter) comes to CP+B most recently from Ogilvy & Mather in Chicago. Before that, he was a copywriter at Leo Burnett in Chicago where he worked on the Allstate Mayhem campaign. Daniel’s TV spots and integrated work have won at ADC Young Guns, The One Show and the Clio Awards.
