Coors officially launched The Big Chill 2025 with a spectacular opening night in Galway, transforming Carroll’s Bar on Dominick Street into an unforgettable icy experience. On Friday, 28th March, the popular venue’s outdoor Caravan Club was reimagined as a high-energy ice cave, setting the tone for what promises to be the brand’s most exciting experiential campaign yet.
The first event of the year delivered on Coors’ promise to redefine winter socialising by inviting guests to embrace the cold rather than escape it. Attendees were treated to an electric line up of live music, kicking off with the talented Nichole Weldon before DART (Jordan Rafferty) took to the stage, closing his set with his now-viral track Emergency. The night culminated with a headline performance from SHEE (David Sheerin), who returned to The Big Chill after his standout set in Cork last year. In a memorable first for both artists, DART and SHEE, long-time friends, performed back-to-back to close out the night, creating an unforgettable moment for fans.
In true Coors fashion, the event wasn’t just about music. Guests had the chance to win exclusive Coors merch, from winter-ready hoodies and beanies to branded ski goggles, through interactive games and surprise giveaways, further immersing them in the Coors Rocky Mountain-inspired chill.
