Digital and technology agency Collective has announced the promotion of both Zack Gardner and Ellie D’Eath to the role of associate creative director.
Zack Gardner, senior copywriter, and Ellie D’Eath, senior creative designer, have both been rewarded for their key roles in helping to place Collective at the forefront of utilising cutting-edge technology to create stunning work for brands such as EE, Avis and Unilever.
As well as forthcoming work for a range of brands from Unilever, including Axe, Zack and Ellie have both been instrumental in the agency's successful Upstarts internship programme and have recently worked on Regional Screen Scotland’s campaign to save its much cherished Screen Machine, a mobile cinema covering the remote areas of the country.
Their new roles will see them developing creative opportunities with new and existing clients, incorporating technologies such as Real-time 3D and Digital Twins.
Steve Barnes, founding partner of Collective said, “Zack and Ellie have consistently brought exceptional creativity, leadership and dedication to everything they’ve worked on - while also going ‘above and beyond’ with their work on projects like Upstarts and Screen Machine. In their new role as ACDs they will be taking on more responsibilities for our creative output and will play an even bigger role in pushing our creative initiatives forward as we look to grow the business. Watch this space.”
Zack Gardner said, “Ecstatic and excited in equal measure. Hugely grateful too. I’ve always felt extremely valued and supported at Collective and can’t wait to keep repaying that faith as we go after bigger, better, bolder things.”
Ellie said, “Collective has been incredibly supportive, giving me both the space and autonomy to develop as a creative. The past few years have been exciting, and I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to contribute even more to what’s next for us.”
