Over the past 12 months, she has led the remarkable expansion of the 3D division - a remarkable 300% growth. In her new role, she will report directly to founding partner Stephen Barnes, shaping the vision for 3D content production, driving innovation, and solidifying Collective’s leadership in the future of digital experiences.
As part of this growth, Collective has made two additional senior promotions to further advance its technological capabilities.
Stephane Bourez has been appointed head of 3D and emerging technology, leading Collective’s investment in future-facing technology. With the industry moving at an unprecedented pace, his expertise in 3D, AI-driven workflows, and next-gen content production tools will drive innovation and position Collective at the forefront of emerging technology. His deep understanding of real-time rendering, digital twins, and immersive content makes him the ideal leader to shape the future of this division.
Bora Demirblek has been promoted from lead creative technologist to head of creative technology. He will lead the creative tech team, pushing the boundaries of innovation and ensuring the highest-quality output across projects. Bora will also oversee the development of a structured training and onboarding program, ensuring Collective continues to attract and develop top-tier talent in this rapidly evolving space.
