The D&AD Pencil is the world’s beacon for creative excellence, celebrating ideas that have been imagined brilliantly and executed beautifully.
The recipient of New Zealand’s first and only highly-acclaimed Black Pencil, and Colenso BBDO’s chief creative officer, Levi Slavin, has been called to the role of Jury President at the D&AD Awards 2020 for the Radio and Audio category.
Levi returned to New Zealand just over two years ago after a spell at BBDO New York, where he created several ground-breaking pieces of work, including GE’s The Message Podcast.
Says Levi: “Being selected to judge at D&AD is an extraordinary honour. To be asked to lead a jury is truly a career highlight. I look forward to working with the world’s best thinkers to celebrate the world’s best work.”
Says Scott Coldham, managing director at Colenso BBDO: “I’m thrilled for Levi to be appointed. It’s an honour reserved for the industry’s most revered. Hats off.”
