JWT Hong Kong has brought seasoned marketer and digital expert Cecilia Yim on board as Executive Director of Digital, a newly-created role designed to expand the depth and breadth of the agency’s digital and integrated campaign offerings.

Yim brings a wealth of industry marketing experience, and a strong digital background, to this key leadership role. She joins JWT from Pernod Ricard Asia, where she was the regional marketing director, in charge of brand activation and communication for international spirit brands like Chivas , Martell, Absolut etc. in the Asia Region. Prior to that role, Yim served as the company’s regional digital media manager. In that role, Yim acted as a digital consultant across 14 markets, where she proposed and executed regional digital marketing initiatives for key brands in Asia. Yim was also a member of the company’s digital taskforce member, and helped define the digital roadmap for the group and develop its digital strategy for Asia.
Before joining Pernod Ricard, Yim was a digital director at OgilvyOne Hong Kong, and also worked as a creative director at OgilvyOne, RMG Connect Beijing and XM Hong Kong. She also worked as a multimedia designer at Grey Interactive Hong Kong and MIND Production, and as a web designer at Linkage Online. She has served a panel speaker and jury member at many regional shows, and has won digital and effectiveness awards at Spikes, the Effies, the China and Hong Kong 4As awards shows, John Caples International Awards, and the International Echo Awards.
