BETC Paris Announces Two Promotions

BETC announces the promotion of two talents that have actively contributed to the growth of the agency and its success: Mathilde Lancon and Chrystel Jung.

Mathilde Lancon has been named deputy managing director of the agency, while Chrystel Jung becomes creative director. Both will work under the supervision of Bertille Toledano and Stephane Xiberras, presidents of BETC Paris.

After an internship within the agency, Mathilde Lancon started at BETC in 2014. She first worked on several accounts, such as CANALSAT, FDJ, Sixt, Editis or Savencia. In 2022, she was elevated to run CANAL+, a historic client of the agency, and masterfully manages the different teams in various areas.

Chrystel Jung joined BETC in 2014 and has worked on campaigns for Leroy Merlin, E.Leclerc, Air France, McDonald's or Citroën. Chrystel was awarded a Gold Lion in 2023 for the 'Papa' film for CANAL+, as well as a Grand Prix at the LIA Awards. During her career, Chrystel was named Young Creative of the Year by French trade publication Strategies in 2017, and was also included among the Creative 100 in 2023 by Adweek. In November 2023, she will sit on the Print & Publishing jury at Eurobest. Chystel will be creative director on the Danone account.
