Belle Mt. Mediates on the Future of Humanity with Hand-Drawn Promo for ‘Origins’

Visual artist Mustashrik has created a hand-crafted official music video for UK singer-songwriter Belle Mt's new single, ‘Origins.’ A dreamlike sci-fi hypothesis and meditation on the future of humanity, where seeds and embryos are sent on a voyage into deep-space. An inter-dimensional travel of a new kind suggested through an arc (spacecraft). The efforts and endeavours of two loving scientists as they set forth the mission for mankind on their mountain-top research facility.

Belle Mt. says: “I love the ‘Origins’ music video that Mustashrik has created. It’s beautiful visually and its story carries so much depth, showing the future that we’re heading for if we don’t start to address the current climate crisis. He’s managed to take that warning and romanticise it with the idea that one of mankind’s final acts from earth could be to spread the life that emerged on this planet to other worlds. Sometimes I interpret this as an end of earth story and sometimes as a prequel to the earth story.”
