Full-service creative advertising agency Barrett Hofherr has hired Krista Osol as director of client services and Fiorella Juarez as head of brand management.
A seasoned agency executive with 20 years of experience in advertising and marketing, Krista is skilled in leading teams, optimising processes, and building strong client relationships. Most recently, she was director of client services at VCCP America’s San Francisco office.
“Krista has consistently grown client businesses, launched successful campaigns, and improved profitability for major brands,” said Matt Hofherr, partner/chief strategy officer at Barrett Hofherr. “She is known for her strategic leadership and commitment to delivering exceptional results. We’re thrilled to have her on our team.”
Fiorella brings a rich blend of cultures to her role as head of brand management. She splits her time between managing existing businesses such as Chime to pursuing new opportunities. Her career flourished in creatively-led agencies, where she contributed to some of the most iconic campaigns of the last decade, including American Express’s Small Business Saturdays, Microsoft's 'I’m a PC,' and Hotels.com’s Captain Obvious. Her career took a global turn when she relocated to Hong Kong and opened offices for Crispin Porter and Bogusky. This move immersed her in a worldwide landscape where she managed accounts across the Middle East, APAC, Latin America, and the US.
“Fio lives by the mantra ‘embrace change,’ and that’s happening in our industry every day,” Matt said. “We can’t think of anyone better to help us win and grow new opportunities.”
Barrett Hofherr recently won Sambazon and has picked up several B2B and B2C clients including DoorDash, Datadog, Monster Hunter Now, DXL Big + Tall, 8x8, a provider of voice, video, chat and contact centre cloud solutions, and Cerebral, which specialises in online mental healthcare and therapy.
