Yesterday, Little Black Book (LBB) teamed up with full-service post-production studio, Covert to host the second quarterly London Producer’s Lunch. Held at the charming Prix Fixe in Soho, the event brought together over 50 producers from agencies, in-house agencies, production companies, and post-production companies for an afternoon of delectable food, free flowing drinks, and unparalleled networking opportunities.
A re-creation of the renowned Global Producers Dinner that LBB runs at Cannes Lions, yesterday's lunch provided a relaxed yet dynamic environment for producers to forge new connections and catch up with old friends, made possible through the invaluable sponsorship of LBB's partners, Covert. "The energy in the room was palpable," remarked LBB’s COO, Phoebe Siggins. "Events like these are crucial for our industry, providing a space to exchange insights, discuss trends, and explore potential collaborations."
Max Murphy, managing director and executive producer at Covert echoed this sentiment, highlighting the importance of bringing like-minded people together to connect over great food and amazing company. "We're thrilled to partner with LBB for the second time to host this fantastic event. It's inspiring to see so many talented individuals come together to celebrate our industry and support each other's growth. We can’t wait for the next one!"
The lunches are pencilled to happen at the end of each quarter, with the next couple scheduled for September and (early) December. If you’re a producer or production professional and are interested in joining the community,
