B-Reel & B-Reel Films Create Google Maps Android Film

B-Reel and B-Reel Films recently teamed up with Google to create a film showcasing Google Maps’ new features. The film’s entire development from concept and scripting to post and music was a fluid, collaborated effort between B-Reel Creative Director Patrick Ehrlund and B-Reel Films Director Emil Möller. 

 

Production of the film was shot using the actual product to illustrate the multiple aspects of Google Maps such as free voice guided GPS, maps with 3D buildings and live traffic information. By capturing the stories of friends meeting for a surprise birthday party, the film demonstrates how the application can be used by a range of people to make their daily lives easier.
