Alongside the Agency of the Year accolade, Atomic Matter also secured multiple awards across various categories

Less than a year after launching, Atomic Matter has been named Agency of the Year (Headcount Under 30) at the 2025 PM Society Awards, celebrating outstanding creativity and innovation in pharmaceutical and healthcare communications. The win was announced on Friday 14th March, at a ceremony in JW Marriott Grosvenor House Hotel, London.

Alongside the Agency of the Year accolade, Atomic Matter also secured multiple awards across various categories. The agency won Gold for Best Creative Medical Education Programme or Campaign, Silver for Design Craft, Silver for Meetings, Events & Exhibitions, and Bronze for Disease and/or Health Awareness (HCPs). Additionally, Atomic Matter’s executive creative director, Paul Foster, received Highly Commended recognition in the Creative Champion category.

The PM Society Awards judges highlighted Atomic Matter’s ability to combine strategy, creativity, and flawless execution. They described the agency’s work as a testament to the idea that "great things really do come in small packages" and noted that it is “strongly placed for even more success in 2025.”

Reflecting on the win, Natalie Enniks, managing director of Atomic Matter, said, "When we launched less than a year ago, we could never have imagined achieving something like this so quickly. The talent and ambition in this sector are immense, so to be recognised among such strong competition is an incredible honour. This award belongs to our brilliant team, who continue to push boundaries in healthcare creativity, and to our clients, who trust us to take bold ideas and bring them to life."

Jon Goulding, CEO of Atomic London, added, "Atomic Matter is proving that healthcare marketing doesn’t have to be purely functional—it can be deeply creative, emotionally engaging, and conceptually bold. The team’s ability to inject fresh thinking into the sector is genuinely exciting, and Paul’s recognition for his creative leadership is testament to that. The wider advertising industry could learn a lot from what they’re doing, not just in terms of their output, but also their progressive approach to ways of working."

Atomic Matter was established in May 2024 as an independent creative agency, dedicated to helping health brands do more of what matters. Co-founded by Natalie Enniks, Frankie Everson (head of strategy), and Paul Foster, the agency is connected to the wider Atomic Orbit model, bringing together expertise in social, creator-led content, media, performance, and data strategy to drive innovation in healthcare marketing.
