The Super Bowl, Times Square, and Sunday Night Football aren’t typically places you’d see a small, local business advertise. With high costs and smaller marketing budgets, the big stages can feel out of reach for small businesses…until now.
Today, Amazon Ads announces a new campaign, entitled “Star Treatment,” that ensures all businesses get treated like premium content. Developed in partnership with Anomaly, the campaign highlights how any sized business has the opportunity to take the same stage as the blockbuster movies, hit TV shows, and household names on Amazon’s sponsored TV.
To bring the idea to life, Amazon Ads engaged two local Brooklyn businesses to give them the same premium treatment that Amazon gives to its top content: Peter Pan Donut & Pastry Shop and Hometown Bar-B-Que.
Working with two iconic artists, Neil Davies and Sam Hadley, Amazon Ads created movie-style posters that celebrate these local institutions. The campaign is live today across OOH in premium placements around Penn Station in NYC today, October 7.
