Allen & Gerritsen Appoints Monica Lorusso as EVP, Strategy

Allen & Gerritsen has appointed a new strategy lead across all offices. Monica Lorusso has been named executive vice president, strategy at Allen & Gerritsen, from senior vice president. As part of her new role, she will join the agency’s executive leadership team.

“Monica is obsessed with audiences. She lives by the motto, it’s not just what the data says, it is what the human says,” said Andrew Graff, CEO at Allen & Gerritsen. “She has continued to innovate and evolve the role strategy plays in enabling marketers to realise their brand's full potential.”

Monica, who is based in A&G’s Philadelphia office joined the agency nine years ago after years working in market research and consumer insights. Her experience in brand and engagement strategy ranges from energy to tourism, higher education and healthcare categories.
