AKQA Elevates Leadership in San Francisco with Promotions

AKQA’s San Francisco studio announces the promotion of Kristin Goto and Jon Freshwater, to key leadership positions.

Kristin Goto, who has dedicated 12 years of service to AKQA, has been appointed as managing director. Previously holding the title of director of client services, Kristin brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her new role. Meanwhile, Jon Freshwater, who has been with 17 AKQA for 17 years has has been promoted to the position of director of client services from his previous role as client partner.

Both Kristin and Jon will report directly to AKQA managing partner, Simon Jefferson.

She has led client service, creative, and technical production teams, delivering award-winning work on a global scale.

Jon Freshwater, has a portfolio spanning diverse industries such as technology, sports, fashion, gaming, automotive, and consumer packaged goods. Collaborating with renowned companies such as Nike, Google, IBM, and Visa, Jon has consistently delivered transformative experiences that drive growth.
