Adobe has shared 'When I See Black', a dedication to the spectrum of the Black experience told through the eyes and voices of Black creators, set to Gregory Porter’s track 'Revival'.

The 60-second film will run on social and digital starting today and features artwork from 12 unique artists, including Esther Luntadila, Crystal Kayiza, Temi Coker, Barry Yusufu, Devin Wesley, Aurélia Durand, Shani Crowe, Yannis GuiBinga, Asia Hall, Lawrence Agyei, Ismail Zaidy and Joshua Kissi.


Adobe is also partnering with Hulu to showcase 'When I See Black' on programming including the latest instalment of 'Black Stories Presents: Your Attention Please', hosted by Craig Robinson today.

Ann Lewnes, executive vice president and chief marketing officer at Adobe, said: “Seeing creators like yourself, especially for this next generation, is absolutely crucial. We are proud to be celebrating the vibrant spectrum of creativity that exists in the world, because we all benefit when more perspectives are shared.”


The announcement encapsulates Adobe’s celebration of Black creativity and long-standing commitment to creativity for all, ensuring every one of us - regardless of race, ethnicity, ability, gender or sexual orientation - has the opportunity to share our story with the world.
